I wrote before about dvd covers inside nautilus here:

Now you can easily install it in Foresight Linux too.
Start terminal and write:
sudo conary update imdb-thumbnail=zinden.rpath.org@fl:2-devel
Thren type:
imdb-thumbnail –help
To get going and to config it. After you are done, it can look like this in nautilus:
